LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Are you ready to inspire people to change their lives with LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™? Whether you're just starting your journey, looking to hone your skills, or exploring new strategies to help people unleash their full potential, LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ Initial Training will help you take the next step in your teaching career!
LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ is progressive strength training, meaning each workout focuses on a specific training protocol for building strength over the 12 workouts. This ranges from Foundational Strength, to Hypertrophy, to Pure Strength, while the structure and feel is very different to BODYPUMP™.
The music is there to provide great workout tracks but there’s no requirement to move to the beat. Instead, optimum results are achieved through the use of time under tension and rep-ranges, depending on the prescribed protocol of the workout.
Initial Training will improve your coaching skills, hone your technique and elevate your ability to create an unforgettable fitness experience for your class!
Here's what you can expect:
A transformational 1-day course.
Immerse yourself in the five key skills required to become a successful LES STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT™ Instructor.

A little bit of work before the course starts to help you get the most out of it! We promise it’s not too much – you just need to learn one track to present at training plus watch some videos about choreography, technique, and coaching. These videos will help you learn how to teach your track. Simple!

Here's a list of things we suggest you bring to make the most out of your Initial Training:
Your LES MILLS Release kit (saved on your electronic device)
A pen and paper to jot down notes
