METAPWR
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
MetaPWR represents Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT) and serves as the foundation for effective fat loss programs, replacing low-intensity steady-state exercises. MRT engages all major muscle groups intensely and frequently, generating significant metabolic disturbance that keeps the metabolism elevated for hours after the workout.
It involves full-body exercises designed to maximize metabolic demand, focusing on rep ranges that induce lactic acid buildup and challenge the lactic acid threshold. By incorporating exercises targeting the legs, back, and chest simultaneously, MetaPWR enhances calorie burning and boosts overall metabolism, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive movements in its approach.

We kick off the day with a masterclass, and thats just to get us started. You may also want to bring a change of clothes or a warm layer, we've got lost of HIIT science to share so we do sit down a bit (in between Explosive Jacks!)
Metafit fires up the metabolism like nothing else so make sure to pack a lunch and a few snacks. Throw in a water bottle, notepad, pen and you'll be good to go.
